Hally Brooke

NBC-HWC, FMCHC, Owner & Founder

I was raised by very health-conscious parents who taught me the importance of real, whole food—and I’ve always eaten well. But in 2011, I started battling serious gut health issues, including IBS and SIBO. Then I got shingles at age 24. That kicked off my own healing journey and sparked my obsession with learning everything I could about nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic wellness.

What I learned transformed my life—and I couldn’t keep it to myself. So I went back to school for nutrition and functional medicine, launched Live Nourished Coaching in 2016, and here we are today

I’m passionate about health—physical, mental, and spiritual. And I’m deeply committed to helping our clients heal their gut, balance their hormones, increase their energy, and feel like themselves again. Because true wellness is about more than just what you eat—it’s about becoming whole from the inside out.

Just Me: I am a Colorado native. Born in Boulder, I now live in Colorado Springs with my husband Tyler & rescue pup, Dell. I am an avid mountain biker, dog lover, white water rafter, skier, hiker and I am happiest outdoors. I was a national-level collegiate swimmer and soccer player back in college. Joy is my normal, I laugh easily and my favorite food is absolutely dark chocolate.

Fun Fact: Before starting my own business I taught math in Harrison District 2 (Title 1) for nine years and I think Algebra is the coolest! (Uep, I’m a nerd and I fully own that!)

    COACH

Why I Coach: As a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and certified Sports Nutritionist by the National Academy of Sports Nutrition I’ve learned that health is not a one size fits all. Everyone has their own bio individual needs! My mission is to guide you on your unique path to becoming your healthiest most confident self. Together we work to incorporate sustainable lifestyle choices and positive mindset shifts. During my own wellness journey of 10 years I’ve come to understand that being healthy is a choice and is something you come to daily. My passion stemmed from my own autoimmune deficiencies, disordered eating, and negative mindset. I became fitness competitor and quickly understood that being fit doesn’t equal health and fulfillment. I know the yo-yo diet cycle and the debilitating negative self talk that comes along with “falling off”. I strive to teach balance and nourishment in all aspects of life so you can feel whole and happy!

Just me: I’m born and raised in Texas and I’m a mama of 3 playful dogs and my beautiful daughter. I love being active and being outside in the sunshine. I really value family and quality time with my husband. We love experiencing new foods and doing home projects together. I am strongly rooted in my faith with God and spend time growing that relationship daily.

Why I Coach: As a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to achieve their personal health goals. With a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University at Albany and over 20 years of experience as a Doula, I bring a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and holistic care to my clients.

My journey into health and wellness coaching began after being diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases. This pivotal moment ignited my determination to improve my health through education and informed choices. The positive changes I made in my life led to significant health improvements, fueling my passion to help others achieve their healthiest selves. Today, I specialize in coaching clients where they are at and guiding them toward a balanced and vibrant life.

About Me: I was born on Staten Island, NY, and grew up in the scenic Catskill Mountains, where my lifelong love for animals and the outdoors was cultivated. While I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, snow-related sports are not among my favorites. Family is at the heart of my life, and I cherish the time I spend with them. Each day, I strive to grow closer to God, nurturing my spiritual journey alongside my professional and personal endeavors.

Fun Fact: I love writing songs and Christian suspense novels.

My favorite hobbies include hiking, spending time with my family, writing about and sharing my journey through motherhood and mental health, working on projects around our home, and spending as much time as possible in the sun. I enjoy a good coffee shop vibe, high up alpine valley, sun-kissed beach, or the simple view of my living room and want to relish in each of these moments that I am afforded.

Fun fact: Throughout my childhood and teenage years, my family owned not one, but three different camels. We have also had yaks, sheep, horses, all kind of farm birds, and rabbits!
